At Amor Thyself Beauty & Skin, we are committed to providing high-quality products and a positive shopping experience.
Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been processed or shipped.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at niya@amorthyself.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can assist you promptly.
If approved, we will offer a replacement or store credit, depending on product availability.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order is in processing or has shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued if an item is unavailable and cannot be replaced. Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within a reasonable processing time.
